- Reservations attendance without warranty (no-show) will be kept up to 14h of entry. After this time will be automatically canceled;
- Booking with attendance warranty (no-show) by credit card data will be kept up to 24 hours of entry;
- Daily rates begin from 14h and close at 12pm. Input and output after the aforementioned hours will be subject to collection of additional daily;
- Breakfast included served in the restaurant from 6:00 am to 10 am;
- It will be added to the daily rate of 5% ISS fee and R$ 6,50 tourism fee per apartment / day;
- Parking for guests is charged the amount of R$ 44,00 per day;
- Hotel reserves the right to request a credit card as security upon check-in; We accept cash, Amex, Diners Club, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro;
- We do not accept checks;
- Courtesy of a child under 12 years old in the same room that parents;
- In the case of triple apartment, an extra bed will be placed with foam mattress D-28 (75x188cm);
- All apartments are non-smoking. Where there is cigarette smell, we will charge a fee of R$ 150,00 related to cleaning.
- We do not accept minors without the proper documentation and responsible;
- As required by local government, we work with the electronic invoice system, therefore we inform you that they will be sent via e-mail;
- Repentance and Cancellation:
Repentance of booking will be effective as long as required by up to 07 (seven) days from the date of booking. After this deadline, cancellations and reservation changes may be requested from that realized within 24 hours in advance of entry - "check in ", and changes will be subject to confirmation apartment availability.
In case of no show - "no show" guest on the date, "check in", reserved, the amount will not be refunded.
